- Sydney metropolitan area only: rental
vehicles to be used in Sydney City Metro area
only 60 kms radius of the Sydney CBD
- Vehicles kms allowed per day 100 kms free:
30c per kms thereafter.
- Utes kms allowed 4 hours (half day rental
Mon-Fri 50 kms free) 30c per kms thereafter.
Vehicles kms allowed on the weekend deal is 200
kms free: 30c per kms thereafter
- Vehicle kms allowed on the long weekend deal
is 300 kms free: 30c kms thereafter.
- Booking fee of 50% not refundable or
transferable: if vehicle booked not picked up or
not required unless five working days notice
given.
- Late return free of $10.00 per hour will
apply: or a day rate which ever the least.
- Vehicles returned early or no longer
required: within rental term NO RUFUND will
apply.
- Rental extension required 24 hrs notice or
no GUARANTEE:
- Office must be notified of any accidents or
any mechanical problems immediately: Emergency
no: 0418 675 400 collisions or damage report
from located rental wallet.
- The driver whose license details and
signature appears on the rental agreement: is
responsible for the vehicle – (damages,
windscreen, wheels and tires, panels, paint
work, interior damage, infringement notices,
toll fees and/or excess payments).
- Collision damage/loss liability/ Accident
excess: if driver at fault or no police report
supplied $1000.00 excess will apple. Excess
refunded when person at fault is determined,
inexperienced driver excess $200.00 (driver less
the 2 year experience).
- Excess waver fee: no waiver fee available to
drop excess cost.
- The vehicle is not to be used for learner
driving, training or similar!!!!!
- Driver’s under 25 not permitted to use
vehicle
- Fuel: At the end of rental fuel gauge must
be at the same level when vehicle was picked up:
Or a $30.00 surcharge plus estimate of fuel
missing will be charged.

and Neat Car Rental and registration number of
the vehicle (check agreement for details).
